UK Stack Pack Do France
What a crazy week! I went out to France on my own with a prospect for sponsorship for our world tour but unfortunately, they had just used their budget on a local football team. Ah well, can’t win them all!But wait, it wasn’t all doom and gloom - I unexpectedly got contacted by the father of 12 year old Victoria - a UK Stack Pack fan. He was very persistent that I met Victoria who regularly keeps tabs on our progress in the Speed Stacking world.
Of course I was more than delighted too. We spent an awesome afternoon going through some stacking sessions where I showed her step by step how I execute my quick 3-6-3 routine.
Thanks to Victoria’s family who made me feel very welcome that day.
And finally a thank you to Victoria when I found this video and these photographs sitting in my inbox this morning. Good luck Victoria!
If you can not speak French, it is translated as:
“I have been a fan of speed stacking for about a year now. I first heard about the UK Stack Pack about 6 months ago when I was on an exhange trip in England and have been a massive fan of Paul and Tim ever since. Those guys are just so cool, all my friends at school loves them.
When I heard that Paul was visiting my village - I toally had to meet him. I told my Dad about the UK Stack Pack, he knew how excited I was to meet him. So my Dad made it happen.
It was so cool to meet Paul, I was so lucky that he had some time to come to my house and take me through some speed stack training. His technique is so smooth, and he has helped me so much with my 3-6-3. Paul’s training has helped me take 0.89 seconds off my best time! I can’t wait to compete against my friends at school now, especially as my time now makes me the quickest stacker in my year.
Thank you so much for everything Paul. I wish you and Tim the best of luck when you travel the world. You guys are so cool!”
